A joint venture between Tommy Capital and Yango Group won the bid at the price of $363MM for the Tang Zhen A-6-4 Lot in Putong, Shanghai. The site is near the subway station. The 606,008 sqf land was planned for commercial properties, including office building, retails, and a hotel, which would have a 2.4M sqf GFA. The complex was named as Yango MODO later.
