Tommy Capital joined Greentown Group and Zhetie purchasing the Changfeng district's Lot 10 at the price of $385MM.  The site is connected to Zhongjiang Road in the east, Huding Road in the west, and Tongpu Road in the north. The land was planned for the commercial properties development purpose with a total area of 968,752 sqf. The project would have a 4M sqf GFA.
