The Greentown Hyatt Hotel & Plaza project is located in Hongqiao's 98-lot, Changning district of Shanghai. The project was initially won by the team of Tommy Capital and Greentown Group at the price of $240MM. It has about 1.85M sqf GFA and was planed to build a complex consisting of offices, retails, a hotel, and condos. The project was sold to Soho China for $340MM and renamed as Soho Tianshan Square.
