Tommy Capital developed the North America Plaza, which is located in Yangpu district of Shanghai. It consists of three Class-A buildings that have 782,795 sqf GFA in total. The buildings have become the headquarters and major offices of the world's renown firms including Siemens, Continental AG, and Silicon Valley Bank. Now the plaza is managed by JLL.
